Selling this wonderful house in Sintra, Portugal - specifically in the seaside village of Almocageme which is considered a world Heritage location.

This house has 3 stories, (4 if you include the garage floor under the house).
It has 1 kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and an additional WC room.

The top floor includes the kitchen, living room/dining room with sea view and WC.

The middle floor has 2 bathrooms, and 4 rooms (which can all be used as double bedrooms). Two of these bedrooms have a sea view. The other two have access to a courtyard on the front side of the house.

The lower floor has an open space area which can be used as another dining room or second kitchen/wine cellar/ laundry room (many options).
It has another room that could be used as a bedroom, currently used as a storage room. Also has a bathroom.
On this floor there is an open space area with marble floor which was previously used as a bar area, living room and dining room featuring a wood fire oven (perfect for pizzas). This leads on to a veranda and a staircase, which leads on to the garage area with enough space for 1 car (there is also street parking available). Also small separate storage space available next to the garage on the staircase.

The house is being sold unfurnished.

Owned by an American family, this house was used as their holiday home for 30 years. Always maintained to a high standard and
has recently been re-painted throughout.

The house is a duplex, therefore is attached to houses on either side.
Neighbours are very friendly and helpful. Mario, neighbour and property manager of this house on behalf of the American family, is very friendly and speaks fluent english.

The House is a 7 minute walk to the Praia da Adraga Beach - considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

5 minute walk to the local town square and mini market which sells organic local town produce, and lots of great regional restaurants.

Nearby is a 10km foot path that goes through the protected sea cliff and down to Cabo da Roca (most Westernly point of continental Europe).
only 25 minute drive to Cascais, and a 45 minute drive to lisbon - so ideal location that is close to other suburbs, whilst still remaining close to the beautiful seaside.
Pollution rates in the area are one of the lowest in the country due to its positioning of being close to the countryside and by the sea.

Cable TV and Internet are available in this area despite it being so rural.

Unfortunately couldn't add all the images to this post, but feel free to ask for more and we can send them to you.

If you would like to arrange a viewing in Portugal, that's possible too.
Mario also has a holiday flat to rent next door if you want to experience staying in the area for a bit.
